Relating to allowing additional compensation for Department Chief Deputies or First Assistants, Chief Clerks or specialized employees of County offices or Departments when such Chief Deputy, First Assistant, Chief Clerk or specialized employee is required to hold a special certificate, license, or permit in such special capacity, from the State of Texas or the federal government.
