Relating to fixing the compensation of certain county officials in counties with a population of more than five hundred thousand (500,000) inhabitants, but not exceeding six hundred thousand (600,000), according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census; authorizing the Commissioners Court to amend the county budget for the fiscal year of 1953 to grant increases in salaries of said officials herein provided.
