Relating to authorizing the propagation of pen-raised pheasants; defining the term "pen-raised pheasant"; requiring that the carcasses of pen-raised pheasants be marked with the name and address of the raiser before they are sold or offered for sale; providing a penalty for violation of the provisions of this Act.
