HB 925, 53rd R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful to hunt, trap, ensnare, kill or attempt to kill, by any means whatsoever, any wild deer, buck, doe or fawn in San Augustine and Sabine Counties in the State of Texas, except that it shall be lawful to hunt and kill wild buck deer in said Counties between November 16 and December 31, both dates inclusive of each year; making it lawful to use dogs in the hunting and trailing of wild buck deer during said hunting season; providing that possession of a shotgun and buck shot while hunting other than during the hunting season, shall be prima facie evidence of the violation of the terms of this Act; providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
