Relating to amending the Insurance Code by providing for an increase in the annual fee to be paid by agents of any life insurance company, accident insurance company, life and accident, health and accident, or life, health and accident insurance company, or association or organization , local mutual aid association or statewide mutual association, from Two Dollars ($2) to Five Dollars ($5).
