HB 326, 54th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes dealing with the acquisition of title to land by adverse possession, by providing for a recorded written memorandum or instrument specifying property to which adverse possession will apply; redefining adverse possession; making provision for application of adverse possession rule where errors in description of areas and boundary occurred in good faith; providing that titles previously matured shall not be invalidated or affected by this Act; repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
