HB 373, 54th R.S.

Relating to prescribing the maximum compensation that may be paid the county and district officials named in this Act in counties having a population of less than twenty thousand (20,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census where the Commissioners Courts have determined that all county officials shall be compensated on a fee basis with the exception of the sheriffs and county commissioners.
