HB 516, 54th R.S.
Relating to permitting any employee, official or deputy of the State of Texas or any County or any subdivision of either State or County, to authorize his employer to withhold from his salary contributions to a United Fund Appeals or Community Chest; providing that such authorization must be voluntary and in writing.
