Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure to increase the pay of jurors in criminal cases in Justice Courts and providing for payment thereof out of the jury fund of the county; increasing the pay of jurors in civil cases in Justice Courts and provide for payment thereof out of the jury fund of the county.
