HB 822, 54th R.S.
Relating to amending the Insurance Code of Texas so as to authorize the liquidator or receiver of an insolvent insurer not organized under the laws of this State to collect and use the proceeds of bonds filed by such insurer with the Board of Insurance Commissioners under the provisions of the Insurance Code of Texas to pay the claims of creditors, claimants, and policy holders of such insurers, and expenses incidental thereto.
