HB 93, 54th R.S.
Relating to providing that any Justice of the Peace, Clerk or other Officer receiving fines or penalties imposed by any Court for violation of the Texas Liquor Control Act, or any other Act pertaining to alcoholic beverages, shall be remitted to the Texas Liquor Control Board; providing for the information to accompany such remittances; providing for deposit of such remittances in a separate fund in the State Treasury designated "Liquor Fine Fund"; making an appropriation of all such fund to the Liquor Control Board for the fiscal years beginning September 1, 1955, and September 1, 1956.
