Proposing an amendment to the Constitution authorizing the commissioners' court in each county to call an election in its county to determine whether the term of office for the district, county and precinct officers shall be a two-year term or a four-year term; providing for the submission of this resolution to a vote of the people; directing the Governor to issue the necessary proclamation.
