SB 12, 54th R.S.

Relating to making certain adjustments in the incorporation, organization, regulation, and operation of life, health or accident insurance companies and accomplishing this purpose by: amending the Insurance Code by precluding life, health or accident insurance companies from utilizing the provisions of said article and requiring such companies to comply with the requirements of Chapter 3 of the Insurance Code as amended by this Act; repealing conflicting laws and parts of laws to the extent of such conflict; providing for a severability clause.
