Relating to making permanent the additional District Court in and for Gonzales, Colorado, Lavaca, and Guadalupe Counties; providing that such court shall be known as the Second 25th Judicial District Court; providing for a clerk; fixing the terms of said court; providing for the transfer of cases; providing for a District Judge; providing for appointment of a court reporter; providing that such court shall not be subject to the jury wheel in the selection of jurors; repealing laws in conflict; providing a severability clause.
