Relating to amending certain Statutes by exempting from taxation all buildings together with the lands belonging to and occupied by The American Legion, American Veterans of World War II, Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, Disabled American Veterans, Jewish War Veterans, and Catholic War Veterans, or any other non-profit organization, not leased or otherwise used with a view to profit.
