Relating to making it unlawful, except under the provision of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill, or possess any game bird or game animal in Gillespie, Kerr, Bandera, Mason, Llano, Medina, Sutton, Edwards and Crockett Counties at any time; to take, kill or trap any fur-bearing animal in said counties; to take or attempt to take any fresh-water fish in said counties by any means or method; making it unlawful to provide a new license and providing a penalty therefor.
