HB 278, 55th R.S.
Relating to amending the Insurance Code of Texas, providing for the deposit of securities, or the payment of taxes, fines, penalties, etc., as a condition precedent to doing business in this State by Insurance companies organized in a State, the laws of which require similar deposits in said State by similar companies organized under laws of the State of Texas transacting business in said State.
