Relating to making it unlawful, except under the provisions of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill or possess any game bird or game animal in Camp County at any time; prescribing the legislative policy with respect to the wildlife resources in said county; making it unlawful to purchase a new license and providing a penalty.
