Relating to amending the Penal Code by deleting provisions relating to maximum working hours of policemen; setting the maximum working hours of firemen in cities of more than ten thousand inhabitants; providing for the minimum number of platoons in certain cities, the designation of the working hours of platoons, and the sequence of tours of duty of platoon members.
