HB 797, 55th R.S.
Relating to revising the employer's liability and workmen's compensation insurance laws of this State; removing present limitations on medical service benefits and providing that such services shall include treatments necessary to physical rehabilitation and providing for referral of an injured employee by the Board to the Vocational Rehabilitation Division of the Texas Education Agency and cooperation between the Board and said Division regarding vocational rehabilitation.
