Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Texas so as to increase the maximum payments per month for Old Age Assistance from State funds to Twenty-Seven Dollars per month per recipient and to increase the total amount of State funds for Old Age Assistance, Aid to the Blind, and Aid to Dependent Children payments of Fifty Three Million, Two Hundred Thousand Dollars per year.
