Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of the public roads and highways in DeWitt County by authorizing the county to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purpose of acquiring right-of-way for designated federal highways and farm-to-market highways when the acquisition of such right-of-way is approved by the State Highway Commission.
