Relating to amending part of the Texas Liquor Control Act, so as to clarify the law with regard to the right of incorporated cities and towns to regulate the hours of sale of beer at retail on Sundays and granting authority to Commissioners Courts to regulate the hours of sale of beer in certain counties.
