SB 263, 55th R.S.
Relating to amending the Insurance Code to provide that if any insurance company is insolvent and any manager, officer or director with knowledge of such insolvency receives, assents to or permits premiums of insurance of any kind or character to be charged or collected or who with knowledge of such insolvency makes or assents to further insurance, he shall be personally liable for any loss on such insurance.
