Relating to amending Article 1152, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, to require only the publication of penal ordinances by descriptive caption or title in the official newspaper, and to give the Board of Aldermen authority to print and publish ordinances of a town or village in pamphlet or book form which will then be received in evidence in all courts without further proof, and providing for a caption for ordinances of towns and villages and for the elimination of such caption in certain instances.
