Relating to providing for the prosecution and punishment of any person remaining in or upon the premises of privately owned commercial enterprises and refusing to leave on request or after knowing their presence is unwanted or undesired, or to intentionally interfere, as a means of protest against the policies of such business, with the conduct of the business enterprise or establishment; providing a penalty for violation of the provisions of the Act.
