Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act to provide for the issuance of Agents' and Employees' Licenses to certain agents, representatives, and employees of manufacturers and distributors; providing a penalty for violations of the Texas Liquor Control Act by the holders of such licenses; fixing a fee for such licenses and fixing a period during which they shall be valid.
