Relating to amending a certain Act relating to the Athens Municipal Water Authority, providing that the territory comprising the Authority shall be confined to that which was embraced within the corporate limits of the City of Athens, Henderson County, Texas, on the 2nd day of May, 1957 until hereafter enlarged as provided for in this Act.
