Relating to making it a misdemeanor to knowingly offer or expose for sale, sell, use in the buying or selling of any commodity or thing, or for hire or award, or use in the computation of any charge for services rendered, commodities or things sold or delivered or accounts rendered, a false calculating device; providing a penalty.
