Relating to the diminishing of the jurisdiction of the County Court of Limestone County, Texas to that of general probate and matters pertaining thereto; providing that all jurisdiction over matters other than general probate and matters pertaining thereto be vested in the District Court of the Eighty-seventh Judicial District or the District Court of the Seventy-seventh Judicial District, as appropriate.
