HB 420, 58th R.S.
Relating to permitting the Game and Fishing Commission of the State of Texas, when requested by authorized representatives of units of The University of Texas System and the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College System, engaged in teaching and research related to marine science and oceanography, to transfer to The University of Texas System and the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College System or any other college or university located in Texas which is State supported fish nets, seines, motors, boats, and other marine equipment, which have been confiscated under the game and fish laws, to be used in the teaching and research programs of said institutions.
