Relating to Board of Directors of Water Power Control Districts and the terms of such Directors, to provide that Directors shall receive compensation for their services in the sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25) for each and every day taken in the discharge of their duties plus actual expenses of travel, food, lodging and incidentals in the discharge of such duties.
