Relating to providing that Game Wardens may make arrests for the entering without consent of the owner of enclosed lands for the purpose of hunting, fishing or camping; providing that Game Wardens may arrest for hunting, fishing or camping without consent of the owners on lands that surround other land either wholly or partially.
