SB 458, 59th R.S.
Relating to amending the Airport Zoning Act of 1947, to make the provision thereof applicable to any installation related to flight, including installations for tracking and/or data acquisition, making all other provisions of the Act applicable to such installations and operations and regulating the use of property under the provisions of the Airport Zoning Act within a five-mile radius of the airport or installation related to flight.
