Relating to authorizing any County in the State of Texas to deposit all monies, coming to the County Treasurer, in one or more accounts in the official depository of the County, when County records are adequate to protect transferring and loss of identity of funds on the Tax Roll as classified by the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Texas.
