HB 109, 60th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes in order to enable cities of over 350,000 population and being in a county having a population in excess of 500,000, but less than 650,000, according to the last preceding United States Census, to establish two (2) or more corporation courts, not to exceed one (1) court for each 80,000 population according to the last preceding census.
