Relating to receipts and deposits by county clerks; providing that in counties containing a population in excess of 1,200,000 inhabitants according to the last preceding federal census, the county clerk is relieved of all duties prescribed by Article 1657, Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, 1925.
