Relating to amending certain chapter of the Penal Code; making it a felony to possess or to carry a pistol or other concealed firearm while committing certain felonies; making it a felony for a person convicted of a felony, to possess or carry a pistol away from his residence; making it a felony to carry certain weapons in a place where intoxicants are sold for on-premises consumption; making it a felony to use certain weapons against a law enforcement officer in performance of his duty; providing penalties.
