Relating to amending the Insurance Code by creating a preference in respect of an insolvency, liquidation or bankruptcy proceeding in favor of a loss claimant under certain insurance policies including policies issued by property-casualty insurers, excepting loss claimants under title insurance policies; to be known as the Loss Claimant's Priorities Act.
