HB 1275, 61st R.S.

Relating to authorizing the commissioners court in certain counties in this state, when in their judgment the financial condition of the county and the needs of the chief deputies in the offices of district, county, and precinct officials justify the increase, to enter an order increasing the compensation of such chief deputies in an additional amount not to exceed 35 percent of the sum that they are actually being paid on the effective date of this Act.
