HB 1327, 61st R.S.
Relating to authorizing cities and towns, including home rule cities and those incorporated under the general laws, and not included in whole or in part within the boundaries of any political subdivision having as one of its purposes the supplying of fresh water for domestic or commercial uses or the furnishing of sanitary sewer services which are functioning and with outstanding bonded indebtedness, and which cities or towns do not have municipally owned water or sanitary sewer systems, to assess against benefited properties and the owners thereof a part of the costs of "on-site" improvements to any waterworks or sanitary sewer system hereafter constructed, purchased or otherwise acquired.
