Relating to providing for the conveyance by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Texas Technological College, on behalf of the State of Texas, to the City of Lubbock, Texas, of a permanent easement for street and road purposes in order to construct and perpetually maintain flare corners and additional traffic lanes for the intersection of University Avenue and Fifteenth Street and from that intersection through and for the intersection of University Avenue and Nineteenth Street, both intersections being out of Section 1, Block E-2, Lubbock County, and part of the land of Texas Technological College; authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Texas Technological College to execute and to deliver on behalf of the said Board of Directors and the State of Texas a proper conveyance of such permanent easement to the City of Lubbock, Texas.
