Relating to providing for mandatory inspection of the slaughter of cattle, sheep, swine, goats, equines, poultry, domestic rabbits, and domesticated game birds, and the preparation of the carcasses, parts thereof, meat, and meat food products of such animals, solely for distribution in this state; for the regulation of related industries; for cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture; and for penalties for violations, detention, seizure, and other enforcement authorities.
