Relating to amending various sections of the Texas Liquor Control Act, repealing certain sections, and adding certain sections, relating to: (1) notice of rules and regulations to permittees and licensees; (2) appearance before the Liquor Control Board by a member of the Legislature; (3) employment of minors to sell or dispense alcoholic beverages; (4) sales of alcoholic beverages to minors; (5) public access to certain board records and the privileged status of certain private records; (6) suspension or cancellation of a license or permit for certain acts or offenses relating to minors; (7) gambling on private club premises; (8) campaign contributions by permittees and licensees; (9) possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, related offenses, trial of minors, and records of convictions of minors; (10) disposition of seized alcoholic beverages and proceeds of sale; (11) suit for forfeiture of seized property and proceeds in escrow derived from the sale of seized alcoholic beverages and property; (12) gambling on licensed premises; providing for severability.
