Relating to the Rule Against Perpetuities; providing that no interest in property is either void or voidable if and to the extent that it can be reformed or construed within the limits of the Rule; authorizing the Courts of this State to make such reformation, if need be, within the limits of the cy pres doctrine; prescribing the applicability of the Act.
