Relating to authorizing and directing the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System to establish and maintain a medical branch of The University of Texas System within Harris County, Texas, to be known as the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, and to transfer the Division of Continuing Education, including assets, funds, property, and equipment, from The University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Houston to The University of Texas Medical School at Houston.
