Proposing an amendment to provide a salary of $15,000 for Members of the Legislature and to provide that a Member of the House of Representatives, with the exception of members serving on the date of the adoption of this amendment, is not eligible to succeed himself after serving five consecutive terms and is not eligible to hold the office until the expiration of two years from the conclusion of this fifth consecutive term.
