HJR 9, 62nd R.S.
Proposing an amendment to Article VIII of the Constitution of the State of Texas to provide the governing body of a county home-rule or general-law city, school district and junior college district may authorize an additional $3,000 residence homestead exemption for persons 65 years of age or older.
