Relating to the elements, prosecution, and defense of certain sexual offenses and attempted aggravated offenses; relating to rape; relating to sexual abuse; relating to evidence of previous sexual conduct of the victim of certain sexual offenses; relating to criminal attempt; relating to the time that indictments for certain offenses may be presented; relating to the corroboration of and the weight to be given to testimony of the victim of a sexual offense; providing for the applicability of the Act to offenses previously committed.
