Providing for this resolution to stand in tribute to and in memory of an exceptional public servant, whose dedication and efforts contributed much to the legislative process and to all of Texas; providing for copies of this resolution to be prepared for Mrs. Meier's husband, Mr. Homer Meier, as an expression of sympathy from members of the legislature, and that when the two houses of the legislature adjourn this day they do so in memory of Mrs. Homer (Miss Minnie) Meier.
